JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Seattle based technology consulting & design firm seeks to add an experienced system design engineer. We are seeking a professional with extensive experience planning, designing, and engineering security and other low voltage systems. This engineer would be a core contributor and project leader in the areas listed below.

 

TRUSYS specializes in safety and security consulting, security technology, network infrastructure, and fire life safety. Systems include: electronic access control, security cameras, intrusion detection, fire, vehicle voice communications, and network systems. In addition we are a cutting edge firm that is leading the way in adopting 3D design utilizing BIM software for the low voltage industry.

 

We are rapidly rising to be the top in our industry due in a large to the strong team that we have formed. It takes dedication, communication, intelligence, and experience to meet the project goals and maintain our high quality of service.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

You will need to posses these characteristics to be successful:

• Prior working experience in professional services firm

 

Technical competencies should include:

• 7+ years of system design and practical knowledge of technology system implementations
• Advanced level of knowledge of the following systems:
  o   Access Control
  o   Door Hardware
  o   Intrusion Detection
  o   Camera Systems
  o   Fire Detection
  o   Network Infrastructure

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

· Strong Field Experience

 

Compensation will be determined upon experience
